I wanted to take a minute and write a note about Bill Wilson.

We are in the construction business and also involved in real estate here in Ontario Canada. We found ourselves looking south to invest in a residential property; Heather and I could call our own paradise.

Our search led us to many properties until we found one particular community that had all our wants and needs. Within this community we had been looking at many properties, and had communications with several different realtors.
The search was frustrating as many realtors didn’t exchange communications professionally. We received a referral to call Bill Wilson. Bill Wilson helped us with six offers on five homes in a short period of two months before we finally went under contract.

As Canadian investors we were not used to the way property is closed here in Florida USA. Bill certainly earned our business, past, present and future!
