Install a sign post and Evanti sign panel in your yard, & place a lock box on your door for other Realtors to show your home with convenience and safety. We will also take care of all the items listed under package #1 to successfully take your contract to close!

If an Evanti Agent brings a qualified Buyer(s) to facilitate the sale of your property, Evanti will waive the listing fee and only be paid a 3% buyer’s agent commission! Bring the buyer to us and we’ll write the contract and take care of everything for only the 2.0% listing fee.
